Jerry must have a new paint. My old stripper only softens it a bit. Or maybe it is just the sage that is so tough. My sage/tan ASH-1 was hard to strip, too.

Eventually I'll get it all out of the holes and crevices, but I just sanded it off the blade. The steel is really rough under the paint. Almost like an orange peel texture, with dark decarb. Now I see why the LE costs so much. 8 hours of sanding and three worn out belts, and it still isn't perfect. It will have to do. I'll show you the stages, about an hour apart.
