I don't see how drilling will do anything for this type of wound? It is basically a bruise but under your fingernail...would you drill a hole through your skin elsewhere if you had a bruise? I drilled basically to relieve the pressure.. It has been throbbing non stop for three days... and it was keeping me up at night... So i finally cracked and had to do something..
