I love that Rock Salt. I just haven't been able to plunk down the cash for it. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> I have decided for now to go with his younger brother, the Aqua salt. It is also H-1 steel and smaller and easier to carry.

I think any of the Infi or 154CM SY knives would do fine. But, H-1 guarantees no rust ever.
