i dont think SR-77 holds an edge like INFI.
between the SOD & CW i go with the CW and its diff. heat treated,better edge holding 52100.
I guess what I'm trying to say is not once when I use my SOD, do I feel I need SR-101 or INFI to finish the job. Even after bashing it on 2x4, trees, etc, it would still shave. And even if I used it to the point where it couldn't shave, the edge geometry would still be good for chopping.
I don't want to turn this into another SR-77 vs. SR-101/INFI thread, I think all 3 steels are more then adequate. And as long as Scrap Yard keeps to their motto, I could care less about which 3 steel they use.
