We found a few blades with a small gap like stated (if that is what he means) and SY said they would replace it and or make it right if we wanted. I don't recall hearing about the S6 with it but it was no big deal and didn't seem to effect anything, even if it did they have a lifetime warranty!

I'd say don't sweat it and enjoy! FYI Ted had one and said he was going to "heat treat it" himself, I never did read if he did or the results.... "Ohhhh Ted?!"
