What kind of handle is that on your Bolo? some kind of horn?

I have a wood-handled khukuri made of leaf spring, lots of character & old school handmade culture, really talks to me.

In pure wood chopping though, Dog Father wins; Res-C handle makes all the difference, also DF has a bigger "sweet spot".
I like both, for different reasons though.
