That's a surprise to me. I thought I read a test where the RTAK got slammed as too thin, too light, not too durable...more like a small machete if I remember the write up. Hope the RC 10 will be cool! RAT is a great company!
I don't care for the handle on the RTAK, but both models chop well for me. I have heard that some testers broke theirs, but so far mine have held up. The even thinner and lighter Condor Puerto Rican machete can out chop most "choppers".
