I'm not really sure what the situation is because I haven't been keeping up with the "giveaways". All I know is that public transactions other than direct sales of Scrap Yard products to its customers is prohibited on this forum. By transactions I mean the transfer by any means of products or services between or among forum members.
So what about proxys, then? That involves a transfer of goods between two people, and yet seems to be allowed.
That's exactly why I'm asking for clarification.
