As Round 2 of the SS4 release proves, Patti can always cancel orders if she has to. Just because your order goes through and you receive a receipt doesn't mean that you scored. And, of course, your credit card won't be charged until Patti is ready to ship your knife/knives. So if you don't score, you won't be charged.
