Okay, this is a really dumb question but i read somewhere that to maintain the edge on INFI you only really need a strop with good compound... it sounds silly but i guess it kinda sounds viable since everywhere ive read, INFI never chips, so grinding on a stone (removing any material) is unnecessary so using a strop alone should.

i knew there's plenty of you guys that know a thing or two about a thing or two so please set me straight.
