Ha, I haven't taken photos of the chips and damage to the Busse blades, for 1 out of respect to the company,, but it almost sounds like you wouldn't be believed MM unless you show a photo. and yes your right, its not magical, and no one that does safe keeping or minor chopping and cutting that a simple Chinese blade can do will ever know.

I guess I can take out one and beat the heck out of it again and see what we come up with, take pics and wait for an OK to show
