It seems that, in general, Bussekin LE's often have the sharpest edges. This isn't always true, but my S5LE and M9LE both came crazy sharp, and if I could afford the several-hundred-dollar markup for Busse LE's I figure the experience would be similar.
Plus 1 on the M9LE! The one that KnifeGuy sorted me out with (Kudos to KG <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />)) ) was scary sharp too!
