A machete is a type of knife. My dictionary says it is a large heavy bladed knife used to cut sugar cane, etc, or as a weapon. Some of the Busse forum members got a little upset when I called the new Bushwacker a machete. But it fits the definition. I mean, there are thin, light, flexible machetes and there are heavy ones. Some even have a bowie style clip point like the MOAB. I know that most machetes are cheap stamped steel ones, so maybe some folks feel insulted to call any Busse a machete. But if you show that MOAB to the average person, he will call it a machete.

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.
