A real DogFather can handle some serious chopping action from what I understand. I suggest that you test that one out and then post pics here so that we can confirm that your DF is a real ScrapYard DogFather. We here suspect that the DF would outchop most other blades that you can get your hands on. You may want to use those knives as well and then post a comparison between all of those knives with a very detailed opinion based of the results you observe.
