As I sat watching our family open the array of gifts yesterday I was reminded of two things-Quality and Customer Support. In the world today people seem to accept the fact that what they are buying is just not up to par and the service or product support is also crap <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" />.I consider myself a very careful shopper and yet items still arrive broken- poorly packaged and when you need help it is impossible. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbdn.gif" alt="" /> Plus- the items are high priced. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif" alt="" /> I take the time to check reviews on places like Amazon <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbdn.gif" alt="" />- but most of this is also incorrect. The people that wait on you in the stores haven't a clue or don't care. In the building industry - carpenters- plumbers- electricians etc are a joke and I think this is exactly why the housing market is doomed. To sum it up- people that have a good work ethic and actually CARE about quality are [censored] hard to find. So- I have started making sure that when I find quality products like Busse- Victronix- Spyderco etc I take the time to tell as many people as I can. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> On the other hand- when I find crap- I do the same <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />.I would like to say " THANKS" to the entire Busse crew for putting out a great product and actually CARING about their customers <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />.Your business will do well while others fail. Just a short rant-Thanks Guys <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
