How does the sr-77 compare to what the swamp knives use (sr-101?)
I am not qualified to answer that except to say that both SR77 and SR101 are extremely tough steels that will outperform most knife steels. Maybe Bruce or Magnum will give you a very detailed comparison if they are around.
