I think the general consensus is that Dan meant it will be affordable for most people. This lead (further) to my belief that it will be a Scrap Warden since the Swamp Warden was only $59.

You made two other points leading me to believe its a Scrap Warden. Remember all of the Wiener Dog hints?
If it is a Scrap Warden I hope it differs enough from the SW to be a justifiable purchase for us. We like our SW's, but would prefer a longer blade.
