Wow looks great much cleaner than my first kydex attempts.
Do let us know how the cord-cutting slot works. It is seams like such a great idea, it was first used on SOG (the brand) knives when a SEAL guy wanted the option of cutting cord while in a rubber raft but not wanting to un-sheath the blade.
