I can't even remember all my Bussekin knives but from thinking about it for only a second...I would have to go with my BW Mistress. Its light for a bigger knife and Infi so no issues with corrosion, should chop and cut well and meet all my needs. Go to think about lugging the knife around with you and working on smaller tasks.
