If the collapsible stock keeps it longer than 30", it looks like it'll be fine. As for the flash hider, I think, and I'm no expert, since the bullet button makes it a "fixed" magazine that requires a tool for removal, the flash hider might be fine.

The problem is a detachable magazine plus any other "scary" feature. If the magazine is detachable (no tool or bullet required to remove it), any other feature like a pistol grip, flash hider, etc. will make it an illegal assault weapon in this silly state.
