when I first came here I really didn't like/care for coatings, they were fugly and never seemed to stay on well, then I got my first SY.

tough, resistant and what a deal! That coating really protects my investment (even when they wear) Dan and Co really did it well.

Since then many have called for, begged for shiny/pretty/different/don't even look at it wrong polished finishes, and Dan listens but the prices have reflecting that desire, they've gone up!

Dan has given us real users here, blades we can beat the heck outta and not care what it looks like. I really liked the "price to performance" motto he stands by and when I hear about shiny (LE) and "stripping" and changing what is already a great product, made to last longer than us, I just get a little annoyed and think; "This is Scrapyard!" not fancy yard or even perdy expensive Busse.

I like what Dan stands for and what he's given us, just the way he's done it, so I'm a little "irked" when I hear about changing that. I apologize, I know you all have your likes and wants, nothing wrong with that I just like how SY does things and I wouldn't change nothing (cept maybe more more blades!)
