In my attempt to avoid buying a 511 so I can afford a bigger blade, I want to ask the experts. Which is a better choice 911 vs 711?

I feel I am covered in the 4-6 inch range (war dog), but my biggest knife now is a 6.5" Regulator. What should I know about pros/cons of a 711 vs 911?

To start, I feel like they are both large enough to make no difference in scaring the local populous where I live. VA does not have a length restriction for open fixed blade carry. Certain counties probably would ban both. Current thought is that the 911 is probably the way to go.
