I voted No choil but to be honest on the larger blades I don't mind either way. It is the blades with say a blade length under 6" where I find choils to be a real pain. You not only lose much of the possible blade length but they also get hung up on stuff when cutting.

+1. I made this poll because of the relevant success of the B-10, and how happy those that got the choil-less version seem to be. However, Perhaps we should start one for the 411!!! If that blade was no-choil, it would give the CABS a run for its money!!

I was debating really hard on whether or not I should get a B-4. The biggest thing that turns me off about Busse knives are the smaller models that have that dog ear/talon hole and a choil. I don't mind the talon hole if it's in the ricasso like the Hog Muk or SAR5. I decided to get a user CABS from the exchange over the B-4 since the CABS is closer to perfect for me. I may end up getting one of those new hunters that have the Hog Muk handle that were available at the Creek this fall sometime in the future.
