I'm not sure I'm sold on the clear kydex, but for your own in-house prototyping this is a clear (harhar!) winner. You can see exactly where the kydex grips the knife and how it molds to it.

Maybe it will make your kydex sheath making even better.. if thats possible <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
