Problem with spydies, the points all break off. I was looking for a heavy duty knife that you don't have to baby. Spydies just ain't in the same class as swamp rats, busses, or the scrapyard.

When it comes to fixed blades no question. Talking about folders I disagree, few folders can beat a military. I edc the carbon/bg42 mili and it rocks. Maybe one day when the Swamp decides to sent me the rattrap that I ordered almost a year ago I'll make an unbiased comparison.
