I think (proper) paracord is probably the best thing since fire for us outdoor types, but over here it is a total pain getting the real stuff!
Get it on eBay! You can get any color you want. Most sellers ship internationally, and if they don't, you could have it shipped to me and I could re-mail it if you want.
