Littlematt, yeah I've had smoked and deep fried turkey. Both better than oven baked, but the fried was still kinda dry to me. I just can't get enough moisture in my mouth without some gravy or something all over it.
Now when it's cold I don't have that same problem, well at least not as much. Then at least I can cover it with ketchup.(and bread) <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
