Okay, you can't blame me for corny humor. All of you old men know how much it sucks to do the "cleanse" the day before you go see the Gastroenterologist.

My malady, at least this one, is gastrointestinal in nature, so I've had to do the magnesium citrate diet. It has been an awful 36 hours, to say the least, but I guess it is worth it to A. make sure I don't have the "C" word and B. hopefully find the cause of my symptoms.

I can't wait for that big juicy steak that'll be waiting for me when I get home around Noon.
