Most memorable vacations?

I've got two:

Thailand, 2006. My family and I were living in China and we decided we needed a break. Took the kids to Phuket. First time I've EVER had a real vacation. Nothing to do but lay on the beach, or in the pool. We took the kids to Phiphi Island (pronounced pee pee) for the obvious potty humor reasons. They took us snorkeling and fed us lunch and then my youngest son wrestled a monkey that swung out of the trees on the beach to steal the banana he was eating. I even went parasailing--crazy neat until I realized I was about 100 feet above a school of jellyfish that were about 6' across. I kept praying the line wouldn't break.
