Check out the specs compared to the Basic 11 , 1311 & Dog Father:
Basic 11 CG = 17.2 oz; .26”; 11.25” blade; 16.25" oal
1311 = 18.8 oz.; .1875"; 13.5"; 18.25" oal
Dog Father CG = 20.1 oz; .275”; 10” blade; 15.125” oal

All of these blades have the same handle, so the added weight is to the blade.

I have yet to test I out, but I'm betting the 11-11 will do some serious damage as a chopper. I am still debating whether it may be too heavy for trail carry. In the right sheath, it might work.

If I lived anywhere near the woods, I'd do 11-11 vs. DF vs. 13-11 vs B-11 vs. BR vs Basic 10 LE.

That'd be a killer chop off.

For some. The 11-11 will be too heavy and long for use on the trail, for others, it'll be their new best friend. I'd say that the 11-11 is to the Dog Father as the NMFBM is to the (CG)FBM. I do still like SR-77 though.
