I realized that my order DID get confirmed via E-mail, so I think I am getting the one I ordered!!! (I hope!!)

Patti: THANK YOU for taking the time to ship our knives out. I DO hope you and Dan do get to enjoy the Holiday together,and NOT work through the whole thing!! I would rather wait for my knife, than have you two work through the Holiday!!
