Hey guys my bird dog Merrell is in need of some prayers. She hasn't been feeling good for a few days and now she doesn't want to get up and move. Earlier she was just whining and yiping. She had a vet a visit for tomorrow morning but it's going to be a long night. It kills me to see her hurting. I have had her since she was 6 weeks old and she will be five this July. She is my best friend and baby so your thoughts and prayers would be great.

My prayers are with you. I lost my American Pitbull Terrier to a sudden onset of cancer a number of years ago. He was my little buddy, and his loss was difficult to bear .

Have faith, and just make your buddy as comfortable as possible. Hopefully the doc will be able to help out.

Prayers said for you Gun Dog. Is Merrell your avatar? 5 is awfully young, any diagnosis yet?

Sorry just caught that the vet visit wont be until tomorrow.

I took a walk around the yard and noticed some trash in her piles... Never before has she eaten none food items. She has always been a saint. Never eats anything that's not given to her. I'm totally shocked.

And the other GD. Yes she is my avatar. She was named after the Merrell shop brand so that's her and some shoes lol

I have a gsp/lab mix. Great dog. I will certainly keeo you in my prayers. Please keep us posted.

Wilco GD I hope she pulls through, my GSP/boarder colie mix eats anything that looks fun he drives me nuts sometimes.
