Well, we survived the day! Things were SO much better today. I guess it was the bottle. We just wasn't getting the milk not enough. After his Mom told us how long to nuke it (about 20 seconds for 4 ounces!), things went MUCH better and he was just fine all day for us.
One more day then another two on the 24th and 25th.

I would love to be able to do without and get out of debt, take the Dave Ramsey approach, but maybe I'm just spoiled. I don't know.

The Dave Ramsey approach isn't really that hard, just takes some getting used to until it becomes a habit, then it is easy to do.
Work on the small debt the hardest and when it's paid off put THAT amount of money with what you were paying on another debt together and get THAT paid off, repeat.
We were lucky. Mom and Dad giving us the money when they sold their house REALLY got us going.
