Missed the question or maybe sent a PM. Don't remember but yes that's what I got for my CZ527. I was just peeping through it today. All I can say is WOW!!!! This little scope is clear and bright! It's like somebody turned on some extra light or something. It's the right size and no bolt handle issues with the Warne high QR rings. A little heft to it but not too much to keep the whole package light. The Warne QR rings keep the irons as an option. The 2-7 magnification is great for the critters that want to snuggle up and plenty enough for the shy ones. At least for 7.62x39 and the places I hunt... And did I mention this scope is bright! I learned the hard way that the front post will disappear fast in shaded brush, on overcast days, and the sun apparently goes down really fast right when things are getting good. My other scopes will probably do fine but its like analog to digital when I compare them to this Viper. I can't wait to hit the woods this fall. I'm already shopping for deep freezers.

I haven't shot it yet but if it holds up I will be looking for another one or two. Since they are discontinued they aren't easy to find but they do pop up for $150-$200. Having compared other Vortex Viper scopes to other similar scopes in a few stores I can say I feel I made a really good buy at the higher end NUB. And everything I have read suggests the warranty is just shy of Busse kin.

Knew you were looking but didn't know you scored! Great! Where did you end up finding it?

Kept scanning RiverOfGuns and jumped on one. I ended up joining a forum I had been staying away from to snag it. Ended up with a NIB for $208 shipped. Nothing I have found in the $200 range has compared to this thing.

I feel like this purchae offset the cost of my CZ a bit. smile

Bought one of these NIB Mueller MultiShot 2-7x32 from a dealer at a gun show a couple weeks ago for $35. I don't know how this guy is selling a $150 scope for that price but he had a whole line of the Mueller scopes for stupid prices. I was skeptical so I only bought the MultiShot just to check out. I haven't mounted it and still haven't shot with it but for $35 you can't buy a scope like this anywhere. I'm almost convinced they had them priced wrong but he says they will be at the next show with them. I get that they are made in China but again $35???

Anyways... Other than the red dot revealing a haze inside the scope when at full power this scope seems to be on par with other made in China scope. I can't detect the haze when the power is off and up until about 8 or 9 settings on the red dot. The build quality is a little heavier than I expected but some manufacturers add useless weight to imply a quality product.

I will be mounting this one to my SLR-101 with some cheap rings on a Midwest Industries rail. It will probably see quite a few rounds through it but this is just for range time. I would prefer something I could have a little more confidence in and was planning to get a Leatherwood CMR762 on this rifle at some point. I wake also looking for a Vortex Viper for this rifle to use for hunting. But, if a $35 2-7x32 can get it done then I won't complain. The Mueller scopes have a "limited lifetime warranty" so if there's a problem I will hopefully have some coverage. But again I paid $35 for it.

At this point I will be at the next gun show to purchase a few more of these scopes to use on future projects. If they hold up I can see putting these on my 10/22, air rifles, and other "fun guns" and buddy rifles. Hopefully they hold up and surprise me but I don't know if I want a $35

That's awesome let us know how it holds up, if its just a range and sometimes hunting gun why not give it a try.

I have been wanting to try one of the 1x4x24s to see if I like them and this would be a great deal to start with if he had one.

I've had a Mueller and got rid of it. Wasn't impressed. I just got a Weaver Super Slam and a Zeiss Conquest. Both very similar. Took the Weaver out for a spin tonight--works well at night with a green light. Both were about $300. eurooptics.com has or had the conquest. They've been discontinued and are being replaced by the Terra--stay away.

Leupold VXII on my Marlin 30-30 XLR. Bushnell 4200s on my 30-06s. Sightron SII rides on my Guide Gun. I've got a few others but those are all the ones I'm happiest with.

My strikefire is still good after almost 3 years and probably 5k rounds (I dont get to shoot as much as I would like frown ) For the cost I think they are hard to beat.
