I only had an emerson mini commander for like 15 minutes. Came out of the box and did a big old nothing for me! Fit, finish and ergos just were not for me...I remember I had a ZT 350 around then and thought the ZT was just a far superior product. The emerson was back on the forum the day I got it! lol!

I could live w/out the Strider. It's just really interesting to me...super light although it's a tank, great ergos, smooth as glass, good looking and I love the PD1 steel on it.

I've come to find out I'm not a hard use folder guy. I think a folder should be able to cut up an apple! The Military can handle all I imagine for a folder. A bunch of ZT/Hinderer folders are all the hard use a guy could need..or the 801 which is smoooooth...heck even the cold steels with the tri-ad locks are sick beaters...IMO..

Push comes to shove..my last 2 would be the Military and PPT I think. Although the Stretch has really impressed me too.

Although- I do have an itch for an Emerson Persian. It just looks bad a**!

That is the one that is tempting me. LOL

I love my Hinderer mainly because in EDC use it can handle anything I could ever think about putting it through. Oh and it cuts my apples just fine. ;-)

Really? The thick blade doesn't break them apart?

I have been on a folder kick lately. I just ordered this Bench Made. They don't normally offer this so I ordered it built to spec.

Cost me the same as an off the shelf.

Is that the mini-barrage? I tool the assist out and carried it for quite some time. Now I carry the Yojimbo2 and manix2, but the mini-Barrage still feels great! I wish I could have their custom shop make it with a thumb hole...

That's a full sized barrage. I went back and forth on the regular and the mini.

Nice MB. Benchmade are some of my favorite blades. Guess that's why I have 10 or 11.

I am starting to acquire more BenchMades than I probably "need".
