I've got this little one cup (12 ounces at a time) coffer maker at home that is just right. Got it at a yard sale a few years ago for 3 bucks. Thing was still in it's plastic wrapper in the box!

Don't ask me how many egg shells to use, it was a LONG time ago! Just one of those things (like the salt) that is trial and error. If you use to much salt it sucks!

I could retire from here now (or in a year and a half, when I'm 62) but won't be able to get my full social security benefits until I'm 66 OR medicare until I'm 65.

Just got the Boss Street out of my bag and remembered about saying how handle heavy it is. The center of balance is almost half way between the first and second rivet tube from the blade.

It should have a tapered tang or holes under the handle scales for better blade forward balance.
