I try to only have knives I am going to use. Thus the collection will sit as follows:

511, Scrapper 5, Scrapper 5 LE, 711, Dogfather (plus RMD and TGLB). smile

;-) Just giving you a little bit hard of a hard time. And you already have a good collection going on!

I have a Dogfather too. SOD X 3, 911 X 3, 411 X 2, 1111, Scrapmax 375 and 340. You need to catch up.

These are the best knives for the money hands down, and having a large number of them is defiantly worth it in my opinion.
But, with that said, most of us who have lots of dogs didn't buy them all at once, trying to do that can easily overwhelm your budget. I have found that you can amass a good group with a slow, steady buying pace.

The potential for models to be discontinued complicates this buying strategy, however older models can often be had on the BF exchange (and elsewhere) for reasonable prices.

There are some great deals on there sometimes and Skunk Hunters Specs thread with the issue prices helps a lot in knowing if your getting a fair shake.

They are the best knives for the money. I agree 100%
