It has been a week since my CC was dinged. Based on the "your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship" concept I expected the knife to arrive today. It did not. Maybe tomorrow.

Many have already shipped and the balance will be going out today and tomorrow. We have had major issues with our laser engraving equipment and getting repair service over the holidays has been beyond difficult. We have, hopefully, put that behind us.
