greaser, a word of caution on using handloads in your carry guns--you leave yourself open to serious legal issues about using "specially formulated killer rounds" should you ever need to use your weapon. Moronic concept, but it flies with juries/judges who don't know better. Paints you as a gun nut who makes his own ammunition and is heck-bent on killing someone. FWIW.

Found some Hornady 230 grain duty ammo yesterday. $22.00 a box! Heck I can get it on line and shipping cheaper than that!

I have AT LEAST 2 50 round boxes of corbon 200 grain 45acp "Flying Ashtray" hollow points. Not sure how the XDs would handle them.
