Guys I think we need to slow our roll here. My roll does not slow! Besides if its not a Kukri (I hope it is), I'll still probably buy one...or two... I could also use a 8-11... MM | | |

You have to be very methodical in solving Busse riddles.
 a popular handle: Res. C

 .150" to .200" thick: Skinny

 made of 5160 steel: ?

Led with the crescent: Has a choil

hung as needed: comes with a sheath

for the hunter: not too long

for clearing a path: not too short

My guess is a skinny 811 with choil and sheath.
although I never guess correctly so maybe its a Kukri.

It probably refers to the "Old" Business model. Meaning that Dan will announce a "New" knife up for sale for a period of time, taking orders and then after a while stating that it is now closed for ordering and then later on bringing out a different model and repeat.

 "Under The New Old Model"
That hint along with it being thinner stock made me think of the skinny SS4 I begged for at first.

This would be awesome! If its an 8-11 I hope its .200" thick> Dan said between .15 and .20, .15 ago is OK on the smaller blades I NEVER guess right either. Dans choil isn't really a crescent MM | | |
