Some might know of similar thread in the Swamp, I thought I'll 'show off' my leatherwork for Dogs here. grin

Oddly enough, most of the Dogs I have sport kydex, but a few were left out.

Here is the first one

Normally I'm not a fan of pouch sheaths, but if I want to make a $ out of this leather 'business' I need to do stuff that I might not be too fond of myself.
So here's one I made for my Scrap Muk

Edges left somewhat rough, leather only waxed (will do one more coat), no dye. The different colors are just wax absorption differences, it will even out in a few days on it's own.

Nice. I'm a huge fan of pouch sheaths.

That looks great! Yeah, I'm not a pouch sheath guy, I want something with a strap to secure the knife in. Even if it feels tight I want that extra assurance.

cool

That is beautiful work... the "natural leather" look is great!

I really dig this, I might need to find a new wrapper from some blades!

Ok, I know I said it will be Dogs' sheaths, but I guess a Rat or Hog might slip in from time to time... wink

This one is a bit more fancy to go with the shiny ASH. Fully lined with kangaroo leather and treated with neatsfoot oil, rather than my usual beeswax based conditioner.
