Congrats, Randy. I lost some weight too. Not as good as you, though. 14 pounds in 3 weeks. My wife said that if I had a little nip and tuck on my fat posterior I would have lost a lot more!

Still raining here. Good timing though. The garden was scheduled to be watered today.

I don't know what I have done to loose the weight. I haven't really changed the way/food I eat that much I didn't think. But the Doc said IF I don't loose some weight and get my A1C level down (it was over 8) I would have to go on some more meds. I DO NOT WANT TO DO THAT.

If I get a little goofy forgive me. Patty gave me 2 hydrocodone. the bottle said you can take one or two.

They are working though, I don't have hardly any pain at all but I can tell a difference in my head (if that makes any sense).

I can't tell any difference. I was gonna say something about that but forgot to. I'm actually feeling a little bit better now (in the head) but whenever I get up it kills me. But the good news is that walking with a cane helps, A LOT! It may be a nerve problem though, when I stopped at the store and walked about 600 ft the pain started going down my leg and I didn't know If I was gonna make it back to the truck or not.
