The phrase "sometime soon" is pretty meaningless I wouldn't consider it news MM  That is not my point. What I meant is that someone from ANOTHER forum received a communication from SYKCO and we do not even get THAT! All we get is silence. I can understand a lack of product because of other pressing business, illness, family problems, an Act of God or whatever. But we still have not had any official word from the company pertaining to the current situation. This is what is not palatable and is more galling than the lack of product.

I understand your frustration, but it looks like mastiffhound initiated the contact with a general email question about ordering a knife and got a pretty boiler plate response from Renee, so it doesn't look like an official communication went out on the other forum. Now, if you told me Dan posted an update on FB and nothing here....
