I’ve seen those before, and I always thought they’d be a pain when you need to go to the bathroom. You couldn’t just unzip and go, I think you’d have to remove your pants and then rotate it out of the way. I somewhat similar system that is easier to go to the bathroom with is the Pager Pal. I used to use mine to carry my Taurus 85 hammerless .38.

If you’d like one, check eBay, you can sometimes find them there a lot cheaper. I think I also have a smaller one for my Mustang. I don’t remember if I sold it, or if I still have it.

The thing is, you have to wear them with pants about a size larger than normal. And it’s less noticable if the legs are a little baggy. Otherwise, when you sit down, the muzzle points up a bit. It works pretty well though. I could carry the .38 and you couldn’t even tell it. It’s more comfortable with compact guns. I tried it recently with the G17, and it wasn’t very comfortable. It might have been better if I had some larger pants. The handle was kinda pushing into my waist. The .38 handle is much smaller and more comfortable.

That doesn't look comfortable at all to me. I will await your review though. Here is what I use. This is the best holster IMHO.

Great input guys, the bathroom thing definitely is a negative. For myself, I wouldn't carry the mouse guns cause I can't shoot them half as well as a full size or compact firearm. I've been looking for something that would allow me to carry a Witness or CZ 75 compact concealed (with shirt tucked in, no jacket). I'm also considering a T-shirt with the holster built in? But it looks like it would take a bit longer to reach than the smartcarry. Still, I'll have to get one and see for myself. Rvogster, I'm getting an IWB holster as well for casual carry when I don't need my shirt tucked in.

I have several holsters but sometimes I use this simple fast way for carry. I call it the OSS loop. Going to the bathroom is easy and your hand is ontop of your gun.
Works with any gun in any position along your belt. With full size auto's bending over and sitting for long periods can be uncomfortable if carried in the front. Small revolvers and small auto's are not a problem. The G-17 pictured disappears under a tee shirt.

If you notice the Glock is not chambered. Because of the trigger configuration I do not cary it this way chambered. The 45 might be an issue becauce of the hammer sticking up. Personaly I would not cary a 45 locked and cocked this way. Revolvers work well, and I don't see any issues with my new bersa 380.
