I figured it all out... It is some sort of mysterious Freemason thing that Dan and Jerry belong to guarding the secrets of the Knights Templar. If we translate this we can not only find the lost gold but a large cache of knives. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

When we finally decipher it, we will find that King Authur's blood line and the secret forging techniques of Excalibur are Busse secrets to be guarded by only their biggest knives.
