eric at on scene tactical does excellent kydex work, as do many others out there. just depends on what you want. do you have a preference on leather v. kydex?

Hey CB! Haven't seen you around for a couple of weeks.

Yup - you, RW, and LD all do great work.

JeepsRock and Leatherface are our only Sheathmaking Junk Yard Dogs though, I think.

No one mentioned Jeeps yet - he does some good looking Kydex.

I think your work is first class, CB! There is a lot of talent in the yard.

Thats the truth. You really can't go wrong w/ any of the very talented Dawgs. I met Leatherface over on the Ranger Knives forum, and haven't gone with anyone else yet - he has treated me very well and provided an awesome product.

If I was filthy rich, I'd be getting a classy leather sheath from Cuddy Bear, an extremely ornate sheath from Rain Walker, a hard use Leather Dog sheath (he's real well known over at Busse right?), and some JeepsRock kydex.

I remember when Jeeps gave a free kydex rig to a guy that fell through some ice when he was icefishing, and had to cut himself free from his sled (which had also fallen in) w/ his Ontario RAT TAK. He ended up losing his TAK - and Jeff/Mike at Ontario sent him a free blade, and Jeeps sent him a new sheath. There are some great people in the knife communities, for sure.

We are lucky to have so many in-house makers in the sheath department. No one in the yard needs to go without a proper sheath.

Very nice rig CB. Leather looks so darn good.

The new Busse knives have been keeping me too busy to post much. Seems like all I do is go to work, come home, eat. check e-mail, work on leather, repeat. LOL

Sorry about that CB! I edited my post to include you as well. It might be good to post a thread with all the sheathmakers who will make sheaths for fellow Dogs! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> Tom
