Oh man, I think a 3/16 inch Chophouse would be a GREAT chopper. The way the "Tip" of the blade is made will give it a weight forward feel at least and lead to a harder hit with just the snap of the wrist. I think Dan will have another good one here, MAYBE one to rival or BEAT the exalted Ratweiler! WAY TO GO DAN!

I really like the looks of the Chophouse. And the Skinner should be a really good one, long enough for some good cutting and that upswept belly/tip will really let you separate the flesh.
