Grog Junk Yard Dog G Joined: Apr 2014 Posts: 1,153 Southwest Iowa	Showed up this morning Next to a BG ASH Comparison shot with some others- According to my crappy kitchen scale the TRASH is about 12 oz vs 18 oz for the BGASH. The TRASH balances somewhere in the choil area, the BG ASH behind the guard. I think a lot of folks reprofile their edges right away but Denny put an excellent edge on here. The TRASH went from a pretty consistent .04-.05" behind the edge up to .07" behind the edge near the tip. The BH ASH went from .06" along the edge up to .09" near the tip. Doesn't seem like much to me but it's pretty noticeable. I've gotta get busy making a couple sheaths for it but cannot wait to put it to some use. My only complaint is the square choil, but I'm a choil hater so take it for what it's worth : Definitely feels like a home run! Junk Yard Dog #194!

It's heavy enough to be a decent chopper for its size, wide enough to dig if needed, and pointed enough for decent penetration. The Res-C handles are great as well!
