I am a tough knife freak and can deal with the limitations the extra thickness has just to know I will never break it. That being said I did go for the leaner chopper in the last sale just because of the extra blade size over the Trash.

I got mine last week, and it ROCKS!!!! The Res-C fits my hand very nicely, the blade shape is awesome and its a bit front heavy which I like. I'm gonna try it out choppin' veggies this week.
