LOL, that's a fact of life. Being in my profession doesn't make things any better.
I really like my me time on my first day off. It takes at least a day to recharge my batteries enough.

I like my alone time as well, but it does start to make me feel like I don't want to deal with anyone. Usually I am good with it because I can keep myself busy, but this time of year is hard for me because of the weather and no activities that are enjoyable outside where I feel most at home.

I can understand that. I haven't had much time in the back country this year at all.
Between work, the kid and the wife I have been citybound and I wasn't even able to spend my usual two weeks elk hunting this year either.

It has been ONE REALLY strange night. First got calls from a couple of crazies, they only called 10 times though. Then an assault, a vehicle theft and also other items and now a grain bin fire! Next thing you know we'll have dogs sleeping with cats... Oh where will the madness end!
